Catherine has over 15 years of litigation experience in both plaintiff and ICBC defence work with personal injuries and car accidents. Having acted for both sides, she possesses the knowledge and experience required to understand the needs of injured parties, while advocating for a just outcome for her clients. Her primary focus is to provide her clients with a customized approach to ensure that they receive fair compensation for pain and suffering, loss of income. There is no “one size fits all” method.
Catherine is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Tagalog, and has a conversational understanding of Cantonese.
She has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia.
Outside of the practice of law, Catherine enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. She is involved in a number of local community and volunteer organizations, is passionate about Ratanak International, and currently serves as a director of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Foundation Board.
